Privacy and Compliance

On behalf of our clients, we prioritise privacy, telemarketing, and associated compliance. Voicedrops and SMS marketing generally fall under telemarketing regulations.

High-Value Service with Reputable Data Providers

We provide a robust service through our wholesale arrangement with one of Australia’s most reputable and established data wholesalers. Our clients have access to exclusive tranches starting from 2,000 contacts at a competitive fixed cost per lead, with no added margins.

Extensive Filtering Options

Our data providers offer extensive filtering options, including suburbs, property size, household net wealth, and more, using over 700 data sources. This ensures you only work with the best possible prospecting lists that suit your business needs.

Guaranteed Opt-In Contacts

The lists include guaranteed opted-in email contacts. Mobile numbers are actively pinged and washed monthly as required by law. These lists allow you to confidently run email campaigns and send unsolicited texts.

Warranties and Legal Compliance

Given that agencies typically prefer to exclusively own the list, it is common practice for the primary user (you, the client) to purchase the list directly. This ensures legal compliance and ownership, with the supplier warranting opt-in and consent directly to you. Lead lists are invoiced directly to you without any added margins or commissions from us. We only endorse their service, ensuring the list is set up to match your search criteria.‘

Unsolicited calls’, such as voicedrops, are permitted but must adhere to ACCC guidelines. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their contact lists are scrubbed against the ACMA’s Do Not Call Register. Emails always require opt-in consent.

This arrangement ensures that you have legal backing as the sender of messages under your name.
